Greetings Laredo ISD Families,

At Laredo ISD, we are committed to "Leading the Way," fostering an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment for every student and every family who has entrusted their children to our care.  

We recognize that the recent federal changes in immigration policies may be causing concern for some of our families. However, LISD will continue fulfilling its mission by continuing to provide a nurturing learning environment for all students regardless of their immigration status.

As our community is aware, recent federal Executive Orders have impacted immigration enforcement. These changes have led to inquiries about how our schools are affected and what rights students and parents may have under these circumstances.  We have prepared a list of the most common questions we have received to the most recent developments, and provided answers, guidance and information.  We will continue to update our information and provide the same to our families as the same becomes available.
