What a jolly month for the Blue Jays! The Texas Army National Guard with their "Young Heroes of the Guard" program, represented by Sergeant Sanchez and Private Silva, distributed toys to the students.
Martin High School held the 5th Annual “Christmas in Tigerland” Drive Thru, hosted by LISD Board of Trustee Secretary Guadalupe Gomez. Over 1,000 Christmas gifts were presented to students from Bruni, Dovalina, Farias, Leyendecker, Macdonell, and Santa Maria Elementary School.
The Pride of South Laredo is Walking in a Winter Toro Land! LISD Board President Monica Garcia distributed over 1,000 toys to Zachry, Kawas, Ligarde, and Santo Niño Elementary Schools. Merry Christmas!
