Ryan Elementary was thrilled to welcome members of the Superintendent's Student Advisory Council for a special reading session with our students. The council members, largely from Nixon High School, took time out of their busy schedules to share stories and inspire a love of reading among our young Bobcats.
The event provided a unique opportunity for our students to connect with older role models, who emphasized the importance of education and the joy of getting lost in a good book. Our students were captivated by the stories and enjoyed interacting with the student leaders.
We are incredibly grateful to the Superintendent's Student Advisory Council for visiting Ryan Elementary and fostering a positive reading experience that our students will cherish for a long time!
