Accessing Your New Family Access Account
Skyward Family Access Parent Accounts & Logins
The Skyward Family Access parent portal has been updated for this school year. You can use the same Username and password that was used last year.
Where do I go to login to Skyward Family Access?
For parents registering an existing student online for LISD, a Parent Portal account must be created before you can access the Online Registration system. To create a Parent Portal account, visit your campus parent liaison and complete the application form.

You can go to Skyward Family Access by Click here or by the following steps:
Go to LISD home page ( www.laredoisd.org)
Got to Technology Services section on the menu
and Click on
"Online Registration"
Is my username and password the same as last year?
Yes. The usernames and passwords will remain the same.
What is my username/login ID?
Your username will be provided by your campus parent liaison after you complete the Parent Portal application form. If you already completed a Parent Portal application form and received a username last year, you can use the same username and password. If you do not know your username click the Forgot Your Login/Password? link on the Skyward Family Access home page. You will be asked to enter your email address and your username/login ID will be emailed to you, along with a link that will allow you to reset your password. If the email you entered does not match the email the District has on file, please contact your campus Parent liaison.
What is my password?
If you already completed a Parent Portal application form and received a password last year, you can use the same password. If you do not know your password click the Forgot Your Login/Password? link on the Skyward Family Access home page. You will be asked to enter your username/login ID and you will be emailed a link that will allow you to reset your password.
If I am a LISD staff member AND a parent, can I use my LISD username and password to access my Family Access account?
Yes, if your parent and your staff accounts are correctly linked together. You can attempt to login to Family Access with your LISD username and password first. If that does not work, you may have a separate Family Access login linked to a personal email account. Use the Forgot Login ID/Password? link and enter your personal email address. If you receive an emailed password reset link at your personal email address, you have two separate accounts. In the meantime, continue to use your separate Family Access account as needed. Remember to use the Family Access link, and NOT the regular Skyward link, to access Skyward Family
How do I change my username or password once I am logged in?
Once you have successfully logged in, you can update your password. To do so, click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the Family Access home page.
On the My Account page, click Change Password buttons, and you will be allowed to change your password to a selection of your choice.
What if I still can't log in?
Contact the Parent Liaison at your campus for assistance. Your patience at the start of the school year is greatly appreciated, when we have a very high volume of parent assistance requests.
