Students in Mr. Arnold Juarez's class engaged in a Social Emotional Learning activity by flying paper planes! Students used a sheet of paper to write down things in their life they would like to get rid of and turned that paper into a plane to fly those things away. ✈️ 🧠💙

In honor of Deaf Awareness Week, our American Sign Language (ASL) students decorated our campus with some posters. Cigarroa High School is the only high school that offers ASL as a foreign language. Deaf Awareness, advocacy, & support is thriving at CHS!!

Cigarroa High School Teachers learned strategies to help their students "Dive into Reading by Enhancing their Reading Instruction with Technology!" Participants explored the MackinVIA platform and discussed how to access databases for research topics.
