Laredo Independent School District campuses will be closed Monday, October 9, for staff development training. LISD administration, faculty, and staff will report to work on Monday morning for their required staff development.

Communities In Schools invited Cigarroa students to "Time to Relax with CIS" to play Loteria during lunch. Students who participated had the opportunity to release stress and were able to win fun prizes. Thank you so much to the CIS students who provided support during the activity.

In honor of Deaf Awareness Week, our American Sign Language (ASL) students decorated our campus with some posters. Cigarroa High School is the only high school that offers ASL as a foreign language. Deaf Awareness, advocacy, & support is thriving at CHS!!
